What counts as a "minor update"?

Every care plan includes up to 10 minutes of small content updates each month — quick edits that keep your site accurate without needing a quote or a wait.

Examples of what you could do:

  • Adding or editing a staff bio
  • Fixing a typo or broken link
  • Changing a phone number or address

If a request goes beyond that — like a new page, a custom form, or a layout change — I'll quote it separately as hourly work before starting, so there's never a surprise on your bill.

What happens if I need more changes than my plan includes?
No problem — additional work can be handled at an hourly rate, and we'll always confirm before starting.
Do unused update minutes roll over?
No. Included update time resets each month to keep scheduling fair and predictable.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
