Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to common questions about services, pricing, and how I work.
How much does a website cost?
Website costs vary based on size and features. Custom builds start at $1,500, refreshes from $800. I'll give you a clear quote before any work begins.
How long does a website take to build?
Most websites take 3–6 weeks depending on scope, content readiness, and feedback timing.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes. I offer managed hosting as part of the monthly care plan — domain, security, and performance monitoring included.
Will my site work on mobile devices?
Absolutely. All websites are designed to look and function well on phones, tablets, and desktops.
What happens if my site goes down?
I monitor uptime and address issues as quickly as possible — often before you even notice there's a problem.
Can you update my site if I'm on a care plan?
Yes. Every care plan includes up to 10 minutes of small updates each month — things like a photo swap, schedule update, bio edit, or copy change. Bigger requests, like adding a new page or building a custom form for an event, are quoted separately as hourly work.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. Every site I build follows SEO best practices — clean structure, fast load times, and proper meta tags.
Can you redesign just part of my website?
Yes. Sometimes you just need to update the look, swap images, or adjust the layout — not rebuild from scratch. That's a refresh, and it's a separate, more affordable service.
How do we communicate?
By email, text, or phone — whatever works for you. I keep it simple: tell me what you need and I'll get it done.
